Suvey on Flu Prevention for Families of Children with Special Healthcare Needs
The CDC is asking families of children with special healthcare needs to take a short survey. They are interested in learning what you know about flu prevention and treatment. Click here to participate in the survey
My name is Lisa Simmons and I am the Garfield County Coordinator for Sooner SUCCESS. I want to be your guide to the best on and offline resources available to special needs parents and professionals. I can provide advice and answers based on my 2 decades of first hand experience and connect you with others dealing with the same issues you are. I can also offer assistance to individual parents and professional who need help finding information and local resources to meet the unique needs of their child.
The Garfield County Sooner SUCCESS Coalition meets every month to share information about community resources, upcoming trainings and projects, discuss ways to meet needs and fill service gaps and provide a forum for networking and public awareness on issues related to children with special needs and their families. Join us on the second Thursday of each month at 12:00 noon at the Integris Bass Pavilion, 401 South 3rd St. in the 1st floor conference room.
